Dental Staff

Dr. Clemmons was born in Athens, Alabama.  He was always intrigued with science and biology.  He graduated as Valedictorian of his high school and received his Bachelor’s degree in biology from Samford University.  He went on to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis where he graduated Cum Laude with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.  He was also awarded High Honors for his national board scores in 1996.

Since graduating, Dr. Clemmons has completed post graduate studies at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco.  He continues to develop his expertise yearly through continuing education courses across the country.  He is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and has served on the Board of Trustees for the state association.  Dr. Clemmons has served as President of the Southeastern District Dental Society and the Savannah Dental Association.  Because of this ongoing effort to serve the dental community, he was recognized by the GDA as an Honorable Fellow. He is grateful to serve the community and appreciative of the relationships he has been able to cultivate over his years of practice.  Dr. Clemmons is a member of Community Bible Church.  He has been in a bible study group with 7 of his best friends for more than 18 years.  

He and his family live in Savannah.  Dr. Clemmons married his wife Mandy in 2000 and they have two amazing children.  Anna Kate, his oldest, lives and works in Birmingham, Alabama.  Miles attends Mississippi State University.  Together, they enjoy traveling, going to the beach, being on the water, and playing with their black and yellow labs!

Mackenzi has been with Savannah Dental Aesthetics since 2012. She lives in Clyo with her husband and their 2 children and beagle. She has her associates in Business Management and her certification in Expanded functions dental assisting. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, college football, visiting family in Texas and Florida, and volunteering at their church.

Whitney is originally from Cleveland, Tennessee. In 2009 she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Chattanooga State Community College, where she received the prestigious Dental Hygiene Hinman Scholar Award. That same year she moved to Savannah, Georgia and has been a dental hygienist at Savannah Dental Aesthetics ever since. She is passionate about providing comprehensive individualized dental care to her patients. In her downtime you can often find her enjoying Savannah’s beautiful historic district with family and friends or crafting for her Etsy shop.

Natalia is a Russian native who moved to the U.S. in 2009 after finishing her Master's in education. She has worked for Dr. Clemmons since 2018 and became a US citizen in 2021. She is able to speak and write in three different languages. She lives in Savannah with her husband and two children. During her free time, she pursues her career as a local artist and enjoys outdoorsy activities.

Gianna is originally from the Boston area and moved to Savannah in September of 2023. She has been in dentistry for two years now and has enjoyed every moment of it! In her free time she likes to read and be outside. She loves to watch sports, her favorite being football. Go Patriots!

Megan was raised on the east coast of Florida and recently relocated to Georgia. Although she is new to the Savannah area, she is well-versed in the field of dentistry, bringing eight years of experience to our practice. She began her career as a dental assistant before advancing her education to become a licensed dental hygienist. Outside of work, Megan enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors. She looks forward to establishing roots in Savannah with her husband, their three children, and their French bulldog. 

Kim is a longtime Savannah resident and has been an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant since 2007. She is married and a proud mother of one son. In her free time, Kim enjoys exploring new places, discovering local restaurants, and cheering on her son at lacrosse games.
